Returns & Exchange Policy

You're welcome to return any order for an exchange to a different size, colour or item within 30 days if it's not right for you.

If you prefer you can have a refund or a credit note for any future purchases.

The only condition is the item is returned unused and in the original condition/packaging with all tags attached

Bowls can only be returned for an exchange or credit note if unused. ie: not after having a roll-up.  No refunds are available on bowls.

The good news is the exchange item will be posted to you anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $16.95.  We will call for the card payment 

as we pack your new item.

The return postage cost is your responsibility.  Kindly include a copy of your invoice or order form.

Refunds will be paid in the same method as they were originally paid less the original postage cost. 

Please allow approximately 7-10 days for processing once received by us.
